Titan USA Returned Goods Policy

• Returns can be made anytime during the year
  
  
• All returns must include an authorized RGA number
  
  
• RGA numbers are only valid for 60 days after the date issued
  
  
• Any return exceeding $1000 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be processed the same day credit is issued..
  
  
• Current standard catalog items only will be authorized for return
  
  
• Returned goods must have been purchased within last 12 months, and the po# must be provided prior to authorization
  
  
• Standard package quantities only will be accepted
  
  
• Tools must be in saleable condition
